Forward Deployed Engineer - Engineering
Work directly with enterprise clients to deploy and optimize Atmantara's AI infrastructure in high-stakes environments.

Our platform supports cloud-native and hybrid deployments with built-in observability, role-based access, and regulatory-grade compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II).
We're a high-velocity team based in Berlin and remote, working at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and fintech.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll act as the technical lead for onboarding and customizing deployments for major financial clients.
You'll integrate deeply with their teams, translating needs into real-time infrastructure and model delivery improvements.
- Own technical deployment of Atmantara infrastructure at client sites
- Optimize configurations to meet latency, cost, and compliance needs
- Diagnose deployment issues in real-time, collaborating with engineering
- Customize observability and reporting for enterprise-specific KPIs
- Support client onboarding and provide post-deployment guidance
- Experience deploying infra for enterprise customers
- Ability to interface directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid foundation in cloud (AWS/GCP) and hybrid deployments
- Hands-on scripting/automation in Python or Bash
- Willingness to travel and embed with client teams occasionally
- Worked with regulated industries like banking, healthcare, or insurance
- Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Knowledge of model versioning and deployment orchestration
