Our platform supports cloud-native and hybrid deployments with built-in observability, role-based access, and regulatory-grade compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II).

We're a high-velocity team based in Berlin and remote, working at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and fintech.

Role

You'll lead complex deal cycles and executive conversations at banks, insurers, and global fintechs, showcasing the strategic value of our platform.

You'll work cross-functionally with deployment, legal, and leadership to get deals done.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 6-12 month enterprise deal cycles
  • Build C-suite relationships and lead executive pitches
  • Own negotiation, compliance review, and legal closure
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy
  • Represent Atmantara at industry events and forums
Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of closing $500K+ ARR deals
  • Experience selling to banks or highly regulated industries
  • Skilled in consultative sales and executive storytelling
  • Comfortable with legal, infosec, and procurement cycles
Bonus Experience
  • Sold AI/ML or infra software to financial institutions
  • Led expansion or renewal strategy for key accounts
  • Experience with RFPs and structured procurement
