Join Atmantara's Security & Compliance team to help maintain our high standards for infrastructure trust, data integrity, and regulatory alignment.
Atmantara builds foundational AI infrastructure for financial institutions. From real-time fraud detection to multi-model portfolio optimization, we empower financial teams with scalable, secure, and compliant AI capabilities, without the engineering overhead. Our platform supports cloud-native and hybrid deployments with built-in observability, role-based access, and regulatory-grade compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II).
We're a high-velocity team based in Berlin and remote, working at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and fintech.
You'll support ongoing audit cycles and develop compliance documentation.

- Assist in SOC 2 and GDPR documentation
- Review and improve security policies
- Participate in internal risk reviews
- Support vendor assessments and data flow analysis
- Enrolled in a degree program focused on security, law, or IT
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in cybersecurity and infrastructure trust
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Basic scripting or auditing tool use
